Q: Can you offer cheaper deals than EasyJet and other low cost airlines?
A: No. Tour operators do not receive discounted rates from low carrier airlines.
Q: Can we book our own flights and then book with your travel company?
A: Yes. We'll sort all your ground handling: transfers, hotels, excursions, tickets, reservations.

Q: Can you organise transfers to/from the Airport?
A: Yes. We can arrange all your transportation needs for small or large groups. Drivers will always meet you with a greeting card and drive you safely to your destination. Transfers can be arranged in various styles ranging from: mini buses, limos, classical cars and large coaches.
Q: Are transfers an important aspect of a holiday?
A: Yes. We can't stress enough how crucial transportation is during any holiday. It offers our clients great piece of mind knowing there is going to be a friendly face waiting for them to whisk them efficiently to their hotel. Q: Will the hotel be in a safe & well located area?
A: Yes. This is one of our main priorities; the hotel will always be in a safe & friendly area.

Q: Should I take out insurance before travelling?
A: Yes. It is extremely important that you take out sufficient insurance for any type of holiday and travelling purposes. We can offer excellent insurance cover should you need our help to arrange this.
  • Booking Process & Payment
Q: Can you explain 'simply' the booking procedure?
A: Yes. It's very straight forward. When you are satisfied with your holiday itinerary, we will re-confirm the availability. Once this is confirmed, we will send a booking form & attach our terms and conditions – these can be sent either by post and most commonly by e-mail. We will require a deposit per person to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be completed 60 days before departure. If you book within 60 days prior to departure date, then the full balance must be paid.
Q: Can I secure a holiday by paying a deposit?
A: Yes. Read previous question.
Q: How can I pay?
A: Cheques payable to 'Hungary4U' and on-line bank transfers to our HSBC's account is also accepted. Download our booking form to read further information.
Q: Can we pay individually?
A: For large group bookings and corporate bookings, we expect the group organiser to gather in the money from the relevant party members and make payment for the deposit/full balance. We understand the difficulties of this procedure, so we will make sure you have enough time & flexibility to get the money in on time. For smaller groups we can accept individual payments.
Q: Will I have to pay for amendments to the itinerary?
A: We don't necessarily charge an administration fee, but you will have to pay for the additional services you book and any additional costs that occur. Please see Terms & Conditions.
Q: Are there any hidden costs, extra taxes when booking with Hungary4U?
A: No.

Q: When can I expect to receive my tickets, hotel vouchers, holiday information?
A: On average, most of our clients receive their informational packs, containing all travel documents and vouchers, 3 – 4 weeks before their departure. We will always keep our clients informed about their travel information pack. If you have any queries or questions, just contact us any time.
Q: What if I have a problem abroad?
A: We will provide you with an emergency contact name/number, who will be able to help during difficult situations, or we can always be reached on our emergency number, +44 79 8347 0927.
